Square stuffies

square stuffies

This simple project is great for new sewers.

Cut out a long rectangle of polar fleece (about 4” by 12” works well). Fold in half, with the fold on top. Add eyes. We used no-sew plastic toy eyes, but buttons are winsome, too.

Refold so that the face is inside out; sew up the sides.

Halfway up the third side, turn inside out, stuff and finish.

When you’re through, cut out a fleece blanket for your square dude! You can fringe the edges with scissors.

This project can also be made on the sewing machine.
