Putting graffiti on your walls (or anyone else’s) is a bad idea, unless somebody invites you to do it. But writing and drawing on cheap or recycled furniture can be lots of fun. (You’ll still need your parents to tell you what’s okay to scribble on.)

Savage Side Table This thrift-shop side table had ugly scratches and water stains on it. Now it’s covered with artwork, too.

Arty Art Table Instead of worrying about getting markers on your table, why not find a work table that you can draw on? Ask your parents to buy a cheap white table, or paint an old one with gesso.
